Case Study: Prior Power Solutions drive their business forwards with a Dynamics 365/CRM from Advantage

Background 

Prior Power Solutions is a leading supplier of specialised diesel-driven, alternative and sustainable power systems, equipment and services to the oil and gas, marine, renewables, agricultural and construction industries. 

The Challenge/Problem 

Prior Power Solutions was on the search for a new solution that would allow greater visibility within the team of sales opportunities as its current solution was something that it had outgrown. Furthermore, the new solution had to be dynamic as it had to be able to support them and was fully scalable as they grew and expanded as a business. In addition to this, they required condensed data to allow them to easily interpret and monitor the overall performance of the business in real-time. 

After an extensive and thorough evaluation of all the options on the market, Prior Power Solutions decided that Microsoft Dynamics was the solution it wanted to use going forward. The reasoning behind this was because Microsoft Dynamics was fully flexible in terms of functionality and cost effectiveness. In addition to this, Microsoft Dynamics would also enable them to seamlessly integrate with their new CRM system. 

After evaluating all the Microsoft Gold partners in the market, it was decided that Advantage would be the Microsoft partner they would be going forward with on this project. The rationale behind choosing Advantage was the fact that they easily grasped exactly what the business wanted from this solution and the fact that they were able to deliver training and support during the whole process end-to-end. 

The Solution 

Advantage proposed that Prior Power Solutions make use of the whole Microsoft Dynamics stack for this project to not only get them up and running as quickly and as easily as possible but to also ensure that the new solution easily integrated with the current CRM in place.
