Service Description


The Copilot Getting Started engagement is designed to support a small-scale pilot of Microsoft 365 Copilot, to help the customer assess functionality and benefits, and to inform subsequent investment and planning decisions.

The engagement includes planning activities with the customer project team, best practice guidance for technical and data readiness, onboarding and adoption support for users, and activities to evaluate the pilot. The pilot covers core productivity capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot, excluding Agents or role-based Copilots.

The Copilot Getting Started Engagement is delivered remotely using workshop-style sessions via MS Teams:

Please Note: The Copilot Getting Started Engagement is optimised for a 5-user pilot, (up to a maximum of 15 users).

For larger numbers we recommend creating separate user cohorts (max. 15 users) for the onboarding and check-in sessions and for the technical & data readiness activities. These can be delivered at an additional cost to the customer.
