Microsoft 365 Copilot - Value Accelerator Workshop

The Copilot Value Accelerator engagement is designed to bring to life and demonstrate the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot by implementing one or more business process-focused scenarios in the customer’s own Microsoft 365 environment.

The engagement includes a planning session to agree the scenario/s (typically informed by the initial Copilot Vision & Value Workshop), followed by a flexible set of online workshops and practical sessions to support the design and implementation of the scenario/s. The engagement aims to deploy and pilot the scenario/s with a cohort of users, followed by a review session to evaluate results and plan next steps.

Scenarios can include the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio, supported by the wider Microsoft 365 toolkit where appropriate.

Planning

1-hour session via MS Teams led by IM consultants and including key customer stakeholders, to discuss and agree:

High-value scenario/s to target for the engagement (either a single scenario, or potentially a small number of simpler scenarios). Objective is to implement and pilot at least one scenario during the engagement.
Scenario owners and stakeholders
Objectives, deliverables and success measures for the engagement
Activities and timings
Project management & governance

Scenario implementation

Work with customer stakeholders to scope, design and implement agreed scenario/s using Microsoft 365 Copilot:

Delivered through online workshops and implementation sessions via MS Teams
10 hours total, bookable as minimum 1-hour sessions
Implementation to include deployment and testing with a group of pilot users (typically over 2-4 week period)
Scenarios to incorporate use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, and optionally Copilot Agents (incl. Copilot Studio) and other Microsoft 365 services

Review

1-hour session via MS Teams with project team, including:

Feedback from pilot user group
Evaluation against objectives and success metrics
Learnings, including identified issues and opportunities
Next steps for Microsoft 365 Copilot
