Are you using the Microsoft Teams large gallery feature to see everyone?

Did you know that Teams has released an update that enables you to have up to 49 video feeds in just one meeting which should cover the majority of your client meeting requirements. This game changing new feature was put to the test by our team here at Advantage and it seemed to be quite successful. This is a significant improvement on the 9 video feeds that Microsoft allowed previously. 

So how can I access this feature in Teams? 

The first step you need to take is to find the ‘...’ in the top right-hand corner when in a Teams meeting screen.  After this, you need to go down to the ‘Large gallery (Preview)’ option. 

NB: It is important to note that you can only use this large gallery option, if over 9 people have their videos turned on during your meeting. Furthermore, you aren’t able to set it up as a default option so will need to make sure that you switch it on for every large meeting that you have on Microsoft Teams.
