Dynamics Version 9.1 Update

The new Dynamics Version 9.1 brings some useful updates with it. The performance of the web client’s editable grid has been improved and excel imports now support imports which contain coloured cell where as previous versions the formatting would cause the import to fail.

Issues that have been fixed include issues:

Status Reason field was displaying a text value instead of a numeric value.

Grids appeared as white screens instead of showing a loading icon.

Displayed wrong tooltip when using custom icons.

Retrieving data using OData with an attribute containing a logical name with mixed casing failed to return results.

The Word template progress dialogue would not close, and an incorrect error message displayed when a Word template failed.

Users could open Mail app after it was disabled for Server-Side Sync.

Activity Status filters displayed incorrect counts.

Error messages, exceptions and failures:

An error used to occur when using 0Data to pass a nullable complex type parameter with a null value into a custom action.

An error previously occurred when upgrading an organization in which more than the maximum number of duplicate detection rules were published.

An error occurred when fields were marked as mandatory with JavaScript.

In some scenarios, using CascadeAssign resulted in an error.

Users received a script error when accessing Orders and Quote records.

An error previously occurred when recipients attempted to reply to or save some emails sent to CRM mailboxes.
