Here at Advantage, we have a UK based Service Team that provide technical support to clients in London and all over the UK. We provide onsite and remote technical assistance during Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm to small and medium sized businesses.
Our Dynamics support packages can be flexible in that they can be specifically tailored to your individual requirements and costs are calculated based on a number of different factors that add to the complexity of your Dynamics 365 setup such as the number of users supported.

All of our packages include a UK based helpdesk, assistance with operational issues, resolution of broken functionality & use of the online customer portal. Bronze support package - Includes all of the above
Silver support package - Includes all of the above plus 10 hours consultancy time, complimentary training & bi-annual consultant reviews
Gold support package - Includes all of the above plus 20 hours consultancy time, complimentary training & bi-annual consultant reviews
