There are no doubts that following the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a significant change in the demands that consumers are making of businesses. Significant work and lifestyle changes such as the growing emergence of both flexible and hybrid ways of working as a result have led to a shift in what customers want.
To enable commercial partners operating inside the Microsoft ecosystem to be able to respond to these constantly changing user requirements, Microsoft have introduced the Solutions Partner programme to make sure that all partners are geared up with the resources needed to be able to facilitate a seamless approach to customer satisfaction.
So, what will happen to Microsoft Gold Partners like Advantage?
Microsoft revealed plans in October of this year that any previous partners with Gold and Silver partner status will find that these will no longer be valid. As well as this, you will find that the vast majority of these badges will be removed shortly and not promoted and officially migrated over to Solutions Partner Designations.
If you hadn’t guessed it, all of the above means that Advantage are now delighted to reveal that we are now a Microsoft Solutions Partner meaning that we’ve received our Microsoft Solutions Partner status! Being newly appointed with this partner status will allow us to provide a differentiating factor in the delivery of our targeted solution areas in the wider ecosystem.
