Leading Microsoft partner implements integrated front-to-back-office system for online ratings company

London, UK, 29 October 2015 – Advantage Business Systems today announced that it has implemented Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM and ERP (enterprise resource planning) solutions for the London-based – truRating.  The company, which gives retailers access to powerful real-time customer insight, required a robust and agile front-to-back-office system built around an integrated customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning system.

Integrating CRM with ERP can result in streamlined business processes, improved staff collaboration and create competitive advantage and return on investment. Studies* by the Aberdeen Group show that through accurate, real-time information about daily operations accessed through business systems, companies can make faster, smarter decisions which allow them to reduce operational costs by 23% and administration costs by 22%.

At truRating Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM and the ERP solutions work in harmony from the moment leads are registered in the system, during the on-boarding process as clients are transitioned to full accounts, right the way through to invoicing. One of the key aspects of the project was perfecting the billing engine. truRating clients pay based on the number of ratings they receive, so it was essential that the system would be able to cope with recording such high volumes of transaction data to simplify the invoicing process. It was also important that it could handle multi-currency transactions.
