Are you concerned how Azzure IT’s recent takeover will impact on your support?

If you didn’t already know, we have recently become aware of the news that Azzure IT, the UK based Microsoft Business Central and CRM partner have been taken over by another Microsoft Partner, Content+Cloud. 

I am using Azzure IT for either Business Central or Dynamics CRM support, should I be concerned at all? 

If you are thinking the answer to the above is no, then you may wish to consider all the options that are available to your business. It goes without saying but you decided on this partner for a specific reason and being taken over by another Microsoft partner wasn’t what you expected! You may find that your business may not have the same level of importance as it did before the takeover, which could have a significant impact on your business during these turbulent times. 

You probably came to the decision on your current partner after months of research, perhaps even making enquiries to a number of different Microsoft Gold partners, collating quotations before making the decision shortly after. 

Later down the line you discover that your partner has been taken over and all that research and the careful considerations were a complete waste of time, as you will know hardly anything about this new partner and how it could affect your business in the long term. 

What this means is that you won’t have the personalised touch that you chose them for originally, so it might be worth considering searching for a new partner that values your business and is not looking to constantly sell to your business all the time.
