Your IT vendor should be there for your business, on call, whenever you need them.
If you've ever questioned whether you're getting the best from your vendor, or you know for a fact you're not, then it's time to give Advantage a call. To help with your decision, we are currently allowing you to come and try out our Dynamics Support for FREE.
Start getting the support you need to help your business grow.
Many businesses decide to move to Advantage for a number of different reasons: they are not getting the desired level of Dynamics GP, CRM, NAV or Business Central Support they require, they need to get better advice on what can be achieved with their solution, particularly when it comes to upgrading, they want us to transform their business processes or simply want their solution to work quicker.
Over the last 20 years, we’ve been able to take care of and support more than 500 existing Dynamics implementations from smaller businesses right through to more established brands utilising the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack and in many cases, complicated solutions. No matter what their size is or reason for moving, we strive to ensure that these customers have a home where they are able to get the service and attention they seek.
If you're not getting the support you need from your vendor, be it too much or too little, then it's time to give Advantage a call. To help with your decision, we are currently allowing you to come and try out our Dynamics Support for FREE! If you are satisfied, we can then tailor a support package that's right for your business.
In many cases, there are existing Dynamics users who either have a system that is broken or they are not getting the right level of service, value for money or any strategic advice from their current partner. Don’t worry, this is where Advantage can help as we provide unhappy Microsoft Dynamics users with a FREE Microsoft Dynamics Health Check.
This Health Check is purposely built to easily identify issues/problems and give advice on how to resolve these through our recommendations. This allows us to be able to give you the best possible Dynamics support required for your business.
When we speak to customers who are thinking about moving their support, it’s eye opening to hear some of the things that they are told by their current Dynamics partner to put them off moving! To help put your mind at ease, we’ve put together a blog article that tries and stops some of these moving partner myths.
Relationships, unfortunately, breakdown. You & your business needn’t stay in an unhappy relationship should issues arise. Microsoft will process a partner transfer at any point should there be no on-going commercial dispute.
Most partners will have a 90 day notice period as part of their support contract. You will need to give notice to tender prior to this notice period coming into effect to be able to move your support partner or else you could be tied into another 12-month contract.
Once, you have served notice on your current partner with your plans to put the support contract out to tender, we would request that you give us permission from Microsoft to review your current licensing agreement. This will give us the ability to provide you with an accurate quote.
If you are happy to switch your support to Advantage based on this quote, all you need to do is to complete a Support Transfer form, this can be done electronically or via a paper based process. From here, all that is left to do is for the partner to submit that form to Microsoft and you’ll have completed the change based on the specific dates agreed.
