You will see that Microsoft as part of this update will be ramping up the capabilities of Copilot inside Business Central. This game changing new feature will become even more intuitive and user-friendly, allowing users to seamlessly explore their system in a much more effective way.

2 – Improved Shopify integration

Given the ever-changing landscape with e-commerce very much on the rise, Microsoft is making rapid improvements to update the integration with Shopify. You will now find that users will be able to support the latest updates from Shopify’s B2B platform, along with a much more engaged effort between Microsoft and Shopify to improve the overall connectivity with the data. You will notice that these latest improvements show Microsoft’s commitment to keeping Business Central up to date in line with the requirements of modern-day businesses.

3 – Improvements to the projects module

One vast improvement made in Business Central is to the Projects module. Microsoft has decided to add some extra functionality to enable businesses to better streamline projects. Part of these updates are the ability to archive projects, define default locations for projects, add assemble-to-order lines on projects, duplicate timesheets, specify bill-to customers on each project line as well as invoice multiple projects within a single invoice. This whole host of new features will enable businesses to improve their overall efficiency and make them more agile in handling any form of project-related task.

Looking beyond the new core features we’ve mentioned above, Microsoft is still adding to Business Central in terms of game-changing enhancements on a smaller scale.
