Red Alert Telecare - an award-winning, ISO9001 and TEC Quality accredited TECS provider working with local authorities and commercial care organisations across the UK — needed a system capable of managing the full complexity of their operations: referrals, assessments, equipment installation, work order management, stock control, job scheduling and compliance tracking, all in one connected platform.

Working in close partnership, Advantage and Red Alert co-developed REDi on Microsoft Dynamics 365 - a bespoke TECS management system that Red Alert now relies on to run their entire service operation.
