Copilot in 30 is a structured 30-day Microsoft 365 Copilot programme for up to 25 users, delivered by Advantage as a Microsoft Solutions Partner.
It combines Copilot licences with onboarding, personalised Copilot Success Plans, weekly use cases and prompt examples, regular check-ins with our Microsoft specialists, and a final adoption review. The aim is to show you, using real work in your own organisation, where Copilot delivers genuine value and whether a wider deployment makes sense.
Copilot in 30 is aimed at small and mid-sized organisations with up to 300 users. To take part, organisations typically need:
Microsoft allows one trial per organisation and the offer is available for a limited time. We will confirm your eligibility during your discovery call.
Microsoft does allow some users to start a self-service trial directly from Copilot Chat. A self-service trial gives you licences, but not structure. Without clear use cases, onboarding and someone tracking adoption, many trials end without a clear answer on whether Copilot is worth the investment.
Copilot in 30 adds the guidance, security checks and measurement that turn a trial into a well-informed business decision, with Microsoft specialists supporting your team throughout.
Microsoft 365 Copilot respects your existing Microsoft 365 permissions, which means it can surface anything a user already has access to, including content that may have been overshared in SharePoint, OneDrive or Teams over the years.
That is why we review permissions and security before licences are switched on, and recommend addressing any significant risks first. If a deeper review is needed, our Microsoft Copilot Readiness Assessment provides it.
Very little beyond using Copilot in their normal work. We will ask for a named project sponsor and an IT or admin contact, a short kick-off session, and brief check-ins during the programme.
The weekly use cases and prompt examples are designed to fit into everyday tasks such as managing email, preparing for meetings and creating documents, rather than adding extra work.
We will help you select a mix of early adopters across different roles, ideally people who spend a significant part of their day in email, meetings and documents.
A varied group gives you the clearest picture of where Copilot adds value across the business, and creates internal champions who can support a wider rollout if you decide to proceed.
We review usage data and user feedback with you and share our recommendations for next steps. Depending on the results, that might be a wider rollout, a targeted deployment for specific teams, or a decision to wait.
Under Microsoft's programme, trial licences convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless you choose otherwise. We will discuss this clearly with you before you start and again before day 30, so you remain in full control of the decision.
