1. Copilot Business – Standalone Licence
- Price: $21 per user/month
- Promotional offer: $18 per user/month (from 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026)
- No seat minimum and supports up to 300 users
Includes the full Copilot experience, identical to the enterprise version
This makes Copilot attainable for smaller organisations without requiring enterprise-level commitments or complex licensing structures.
2. Microsoft 365 Business + Copilot Bundles
- Business Basic + Copilot: $27 per user/month
- Business Standard + Copilot: $33.50 per user/month - Promotional price: $22
- Business Premium + Copilot: $43 per user/month - Promotional price: $32
- Bundles require 10 - 300 seats and are processed as a single purchase
These new bundles package existing Microsoft 365 Business plans together with Copilot Business, making it easier for SMBs to adopt AI tools without changing their underlying productivity environment or disrupting day-to-day operations.
3. Purview Suite for Business Premium
- Now $5 per user/month (reduced from $10)
- Promotional pricing runs 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026
- Discount is locked in for a full year
