Advantage launches new added extras at discounted rates for existing Business Central customers on Silver and Gold support packages

We are absolutely delighted to reveal that we will be offering all our Business Central customers currently on either our Silver or Gold support packages additional services on their contracts at a highly discounted rate on a ‘pick and mix’ basis suited to their specific business requirements. 

All of these customers will be able to benefit from the following additional services which can be priced up on application and can also be rolled into their monthly support: 

  • Tailored training – Additional tailored training for applications and/or technical specialist. 
  • Consultancy services – Regular sessions with applications and/or technical consultant. 
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central Update Management – Maintain a sandbox environment ready for updates, manage Microsoft updates and identify extension modifications if required, project manage testing with client, testing customisations, manage roll out updates to Production, resolve update issues related to standard Business Central extensions. 
  • System management – Onboarding new users and managing leavers, maintaining security roles. 
  • Entity management – Creating/editing banks/cheque books, creating/editing tax schedule, details & VAT reports, creating/editing chart of account codes, company creation, completing company configuration. 
  • Month/Quarter/Year End Assistance – VAT submission, open/close financial periods, run reconciliation reports, import currency exchange rates for next reporting month, creating new financial years. 
  • Disaster recovery review and advice – Annual review & testing with your Finance & IT teams. 
  • Extended Support Hours – 7am until 9pm – GMT/BST
