Advantage adds Silver Cloud CRM to its growing list of Microsoft competencies

LONDON, 4 April 2016: Advantage Business Systems has announced it has achieved ‘Silver Cloud Customer Relationship’ competency. In another string to Advantage’s bow, Silver Cloud competency demonstrates Advantage’s expertise in cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and their ongoing commitment to delivering high quality service to each customer.

To earn a Silver Competency, Microsoft partners such as Advantage must:

  • Pass a series of exams, designed to show knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software
  • Submit customer references of work carried out
  • Employ a specific number of Microsoft certified professionals.

Meeting all of these criteria ensure that a Microsoft Partner such as Advantage can deliver the high quality level of service Microsoft expect them to.
