Advantage Continuity Plan for Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

As the impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt around the UK and across the globe, I am writing to you to let you know what we, at Advantage, are doing to ensure that we continue to provide your business with the advice, service and support that you need to run your business, whilst also looking after the health of yours and our employees and their families. In line with government advice, we are limiting social contact and as such we ask that you work with us on this critical health matter.

We are based in the heart of London and as an IT company we are very capable of working remotely with the majority of our workforce already working on a remote access basis. Using our own Managed Services team, we have scaled up the provision of our remote working environments to enable all of our colleagues to work as normal on a remote basis and as such to ensure our continued service to you and your business. This change comes into effect this week.

Emails and phone calls will be responded to as normal and its business as usual. The majority of your technology and service needs can be provided remotely but will require good communications between us and you.

We understand that you will also want to protect the welfare of your business, your colleagues and their families by reducing your physical contact with people whilst keeping your business running. As such we are able to continue to offer the following remote working alternatives:

  • Phone / Email - Call us on 020 3004 4600 or by emailing hello@advantage.co.uk (or your Account Manager directly)
  • Remote Working Technologies - We can also arrange online meetings, training and consultancy through the very popular Microsoft Teams solution or conference calling and GoToMeeting facilities too;  In essence we are right there with you but just not physically beside you.

We encourage you to use these options to keep you and your business running through these challenging times.

If you would like help in the provision of Microsoft Teams yourself please let your Account Manager know.

Business will be different for at least the next few months but we will be ensuring that your IT and Dynamics services carry on running as normal.

If you have any questions please contact me and I will be pleased to answer them for you. In the meantime, we have put together a blog outlining some of the key strategies that your company can use to guide you through this period, and please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss your options.

Thank you for your continued support.

Regards,

Mark Howe
